In envisioning a distinctive “City & Park” theme for CBRE’s new Hong Kong headquarters, we drew inspiration from the contrasts of Hong Kong's cityscape and its natural surroundings. From the incorporation of city grids and neon lights to references to native flora and fauna, every corner reveals a part of the city's energy and natural beauty.
Taking into account workplace wellness and employee engagement, we have introduced elements such as employee engagement walls and the signature RISE Café, creating spaces that not only inspire collaboration but also promote well-being among staff.
A host of innovative features have been integrated into the new design aimed at improving employee experience and productivity. From embracing activity-based working (ABW) to leveraging new technology upgrades, every aspect of the design focuses on building a more collaborative and supported workplace.
With agile spaces, dedicated lockers for personal belongings, and a variety of lounges and meeting rooms designed to facilitate ad-hoc collaborations, the office is a reflection of our modern work culture while paying homage to Hong Kong's unique charm and character.
