Sunlife’s new office boasts stunning harbour views to the south, stretching through both the Front-of-House and Back-of-House areas. Drawing inspiration from SunLife's esteemed brand identity, we incorporated the company's signature colors of yellow and blue into various tactile materials such as carpeting, seating upholstery, and accent walls. A motif of circles, signature to Sunlife’s corporate branding, are integrated within the design, evident in pendant lamps and suspended metallic panels adorned with patterned discs, casting unique shadows throughout the space. 

The client-facing zones feature an amphitheater-style town hall equipped with stackable wooden blocks for adaptable seating or desks. Adjacent to this, the expansive cafeteria offers flexible integration options with a folding screen, while a dedicated training hub boasts versatile rooms capable of accommodating up to 500 individuals. A breakout area with adjustable seating arrangements encourages casual interactions and collaboration.

In the back office, workstations are strategically positioned along the glazing to maximize access to natural light, complemented by numerous glass partitioned rooms to ensure a bright and open atmosphere conducive to productivity.
